Matt first met Dustin in 2018 when they were working a wedding with a mutual friend. Matt discovered that Dustin was entering into the same Masters program for counseling. Through both shared passions, Matt figured that Dustin's heart would be perfect for the team! Dustin's approach to weddings is intimate and close. I chose Dustin to assist alongside another friend to capture my own wedding and throughout our day he had a soft demeanor yet assertive direction, which was perfect because there was no stress added to our day.

When he is not working for MWP, he is working for Illinois State's college ministry.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Experience and Expertise: With over 40-50 weddings a year under my belt, you can trust that I’m not just here to document your day but to enhance it with calm professionalism and creativity that derives both from my background as a therapist and as a very seasoned photographer.

• Photo + Video Services: My team and I offer both photo & video packages so you can enjoy authentic storytelling from start to finish.

• Involvement From Start to Finish: I am involved on and before the wedding day! You won't see me stumbling over how to pose, you won't see me lack assertion, but you also won't see me trying to make the day about me. I constantly check in to see if you want more photos or feel photo'd-out and desire to mingle with guests. I also provide questionnaires, timeline templates, and more to help best prepare for your day.

• Unique Presets (Edits): Most photographers use presets that they buy. In 2020, when the wedding season took a hit, I used all of that time to develop my own colors for weddings. I believe they showcase a unique style that is hard to find elsewhere.

• A Spirit of Adventure and Calm: Whether your wedding is in a grand Chicago venue, a backyard, or halfway across the world, I’ll be there to capture YOUR story.
